Trademark and brand independence notice
Brand etymology. The name "Nilou" (نیلوفر / نیلو, transliterated as nilufar / nilou) is a common Persian word meaning blue lotus or water lily, in continuous use across Persian, Urdu, and Hindi linguistic traditions for centuries as both a common noun and a personal name. As a generic word in the public domain, it is used here as a brand name with reference to its botanical meaning.
Brand independence. Nilou Network is an independent business operating in the SaaS / managed cloud hosting industry (international classification 9 and 42). Nilou Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to miHoYo Co., Ltd., HoYoverse, COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., or any video game franchise, including but not limited to Genshin Impact. Any character, product, or trademark of those companies operates in the entertainment / video game industry (international classification 9 and 41), which is a distinct industrial classification from this business.
Visual identity. All visual assets on this site (geometric lotus marks, Persian arabesque patterns, color palette, typography) are original works created independently and do not incorporate, copy, or derive from any third-party character artwork, in-game assets, official illustrations, or copyrighted materials of any video game franchise.
不正競争防止法に関する声明。当事業者は、自己の商品・役務(SaaS / クラウドホスティング)について、他事業者の商品等表示として需要者の間に広く認識されているものと混同を生じさせる行為(不正競争防止法第 2 条 1 項 1 号)、または他事業者の著名な商品等表示と同一若しくは類似のものを自己の商品等表示として使用する行為(同条 1 項 2 号)に該当しないよう、ブランド名称をペルシャ語の一般名詞として、視覚資産を独自制作の幾何学モチーフのみで構成し、業種区分(SaaS = 第 9 類 / 第 42 類)を ゲーム・エンターテインメント業(第 9 類 / 第 41 類)と明確に区別して使用しています。
